Shipping policy

**DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS**

Lillie & Moon Bath Co. accepts orders 24/7. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Michigan vis USPS.
Lillie & Moon Bath Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Transit times will vary depending on location. It is usually within 1-5 days for domestic shipping.

Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once packages are in the hands of the carrier and states that it is delivered, if you believe that your package is lost/stolen please contact the carrier and then email us with the claim number they provide you.

If package is deemed lost/stolen by carrier , items that are available will be replaced, if not then store credit will be given. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, including those that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are rare, but in the case you may receive one, we ask that you contact us with 48hrs of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel that this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly re-ship the damaged products free of charge.

Please keep all packaging and take pictures for insurance claims with the carrier.
