Refund policy

Due to the nature of all our products being handmade,
we do not accept return of items or issue refund.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
(Also including sale items and e-gift cards)

If there is an error on my end (ex: me forgetting an item, packaging the wrong product size, incorrect product sent out) I will replace at no charge or issue store credit.
Pending-unfulfilled orders may be cancelled without penalty.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
